16-Hour Emergency Responder - Operations Level Course OSHA requires this course for warehouse or freight workers who respond to a HAZMAT incident in a manner beyond that allowed awareness-trained workers. The course includes classroom learning and realistic hands-on defensive response techniques. Upon successful completion of this course, each worker receives an "Operation Level Card" that certifies the worker as an emergency responder - operations level.
